We now offer all of our tenants a 24-hour, 7 day a week, 365 days a year call center that will handle all of your maintenance requests.

What is more, each and every call will be answered in person. You will never need to leave a message and hope someone responds. Our maintenance team will be there for you anytime you need us.

This service will benefit our property owners as well. Say a pipe breaks at 2 am. in one of our managed buildings. Most property management companies don’t open until 8 am. You can call and leave a message, but no one will hear you for 6 hours. It is up to the tenant to deal with it in the interim. Meanwhile, who knows what is getting damaged and the cost and time it will take to repair everything. Plus, the property owner will be stuck with a hefty water bill.

In our opinion, that is not property management. Our call center will receive your call and dispatch a repair person immediately for all emergencies – no matter when they happen. Standard, non-emergency repair issues will be assigned to the most qualified specialist on our team and they will come at a time that is convenient for you.

All calls and service requests will be tracked through our integrated property management software. We will touch base with each tenant to make sure the work was completed. We can even track the time the repair personal takes to complete the job which allows us to ensure our property owners that no time or money is wasted.
