Real Estate Broker Referral Program
MoveZen pays referral fees when a broker refers a rental owner to our company, and we secure an income-producing resident.
We pay a small finder’s fee for brokers who refer residents who end up signing a lease with us.
Many MoveZen brokers also work with outside licensed real estate brokerages who mostly specialize in real estate sales but also may provide other services. We support these brokers and only ask for a 25% referral fee when they sell a home or other licensee service to a lead they procured during their time with our company. That allows us to invest heavily into helping drive sales to our brokers and helping the build their own local housing-verse. Non-company leads play no role in this program.
We pay $150 if a resident that you referred moves into a home that we manage. You can submit their informaton using this form, or touch base with the account manager assigned to the listing.
We pay very competitive referral fees for long term residential rental properties for management. These payments vary by metro area market, and also by the rental rate we secure. MoveZen follows a quality first approach, and many homes will not qualify for our program. The referrals are structured to outline the homes that are likely to be accepted. We have some general information by area, below.
Referrals expire 2 years from submission if no relationship has been established at any point, but you can resubmit them. Once a relationship is established, they never expire but customers have the right to choose their own agents. We reserve the right to decline a referral, property, agent, or brokerage for any reason. Referrals are paid within 30 days of closing, or after move in in most instances. Paid only to brokerage. We will update contact information when notified but we receive a lot emails so form resubmission is the safest method to ensure past referrals can be honored should you make a brokerage or major contact change.

Ironically we don’t do a lot of tenant representation, but we get requests all of the time. Most would not pay for the service, but at the high end many would. If you are interested in being a tenant representative referral agent who chooses your cost and who your work with let us know. We disclose up front there will be a fee before we give out contact information.
We don’t ask for anything in return. The service itself would be a huge help for us.
