Davinci Management offers similar services and they have never failed to be a wonderful experience for us in several other locations. They don’t have physical offices at this location though. https://www.davincivirtual.com/loc/us/north-carolina/winston-salem-virtual-offices/facility-4288
If you’re considering renting office space with Regus in Winston-Salem, you may want to think twice. Our experience with the company has been riddled with unnecessary obstacles, aggressive behavior, and a complete lack of corporate accountability—issues we feel compelled to share as a cautionary tale for others.
While they don’t offer physical office space, DaVinci has always been a wonderful organization to work with and they offer virtual office support. Get a Winston-Salem Virtual Address at 615 Saint George Square Court | Davinci Virtual
The Harassment Begins: DBA Fees
Our problems started when we signed up with Regus a few years ago. Despite DBA (doing business as) registrations being a common practice, Regus attempted to levy additional fees for utilizing a DBA. When we refused to pay what we viewed as unwarranted charges, the situation escalated.
Targeted Verification Campaigns
Following the disagreement over fees, Regus initiated what can only be described as a targeted campaign of harassment. This included:
No Support from Corporate
While we hoped for assistance from Regus corporate, we found none. Instead, it became clear that the local representatives—particularly two individuals named Asher Warg and Adam Casey—were allowed to continue what appeared to be a targeted vendetta against our business.
A Stark Contrast to Competitors
What makes this ordeal even more shocking is the stark contrast between Regus and other office rental providers. We’ve worked with several similar companies, and none have enforced such aggressive and punitive measures. This experience is unique to Regus and seems to stem from the behavior of their local representatives and the lack of oversight from corporate.
A Word of Warning
If you’re considering working with Regus or investing in one of their office locations, proceed with caution. The combination of unreasonably strict policies, a lack of corporate support, and the potential for harassment by local representatives makes this company a risky choice for businesses of any size.
For those currently dealing with Regus, document everything. Ensure your communication is in writing and be prepared for their aggressive tactics. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Regus as a reliable office space provider.
Avoid the headache—look elsewhere.
